many years ago, There were people who immigrated from across the Atlantic.Many of them looked for a permanent home in the United States.However, some of them didn't have the intention to stay there,so they save some money and then come back to home. Between 1908 and 1915, about 7 million people arrived while about 2 million departed.
Nowadays, people are much more rigid about immigrants. Consequently, they divide them in two different categories: legal or illegal.
However, this isn't the solution because they need to change the way we think about categories. they need to look beyond strict definitions. Furthermore,they need to recognize the new birds of passage, those living and thriving in the gray areas in order to solve our immigration.
